These drawings are made as realistic copies of cellular pictures of various types of cancer. The drawings started out as a way to mourn the loss of dear familymember due to breast cancer, but became ended up being an investigation what cancer specifically entails and why it is so lethal.

Currently I'm an affiliate artist at the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek hospital, working on a project about computational pathology.
